Nectarine Pear Crumble
Simple ingredient crumble to use up the ingredients in your kitchen!
Prep Time 10 minutes minutes Cook Time 20 minutes minutes
- ripe pears and nectarines or any other fruit you need to use
Crumble Topping
- oats
- coconut oil 1/4 cup for every 1/2 cup oats
- chopped dates to taste
- pinch/dash of salt to taste
- warming spices cinnamon, cloves, etc. to taste
Preheat oven to 350 F
Slice fruit and layer in bottom of baking dish
Chop or food process dates, then mix with remaining crumble ingredients
Sprinkle crumble mixture on top of fruit
Bake at 350 F for 20-30 minutes, until topping is crisp and golden.
Serve with milk or top with heavy cream. Enjoy!
