Nectarine Pear Crumble

Simple ingredient crumble to use up the ingredients in your kitchen!
Prep Time 10 minutes
Cook Time 20 minutes

Ingredients

  • ripe pears and nectarines or any other fruit you need to use

Crumble Topping

  • oats
  • coconut oil 1/4 cup for every 1/2 cup oats
  • chopped dates to taste
  • pinch/dash of salt to taste
  • warming spices cinnamon, cloves, etc. to taste

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 350 F
  • Slice fruit and layer in bottom of baking dish
  • Chop or food process dates, then mix with remaining crumble ingredients
  • Sprinkle crumble mixture on top of fruit
  • Bake at 350 F for 20-30 minutes, until topping is crisp and golden.
  • Serve with milk or top with heavy cream. Enjoy!
