PRENATAL YOGA

Pregnancy is a powerful opportunity to align with your feminine power and is a threshold for embracing the divine aspects of motherhood. Your body possesses all the innate knowledge needed to grow the life inside of you. Your body is strong and wise. You can use prenatal yoga as a tool to tap into that wealth of wisdom your body holds. By bringing your soul (body and spirit) into greater alignment, greater healing and strength is enabled. You can feel strong and comfortable in pregnancy, calm and empowered throughout childbirth.

POSTPARTUM YOGA

Postpartum recovery is about more than just physical healing. You have grown a baby inside of you, and with the transformation that comes as baby enters the world is a need for you to process your new life. My postpartum yoga classes are designed to offer both physical healing and emotional space for recovering mamas. As you transition into this “fourth trimester”, I offer a space for the love and healing that you need.
