I wanted to return some oils that I didn’t like and others I had duplicates of. When I emailed customer service, they told me that I couldn’t return the oils because they had already been opened. They still refunded me with $60 in gift cards (I had only spent about $30 on the 3 oils I was returning, since they came in a subscription box).
