First off, I have to thank Boppy for sending me the sample of their Boppy ComfyFit Baby carrier. I was given this product for free, but all the opinions below are 100% my own.

After the birth of our sweet baby boy and the start of a new semester, we have been blessed to start a job that allows me to work at home and work with baby by my side! It’s seriously been so wonderful to still have a way of helping support our growing family while also finishing school. It’s great!

As part of my job responsibilities, I do daily apartment cleaning and oftentimes, baby Peter comes along with me! The first few weeks were tough because he was growing out of his Boba wrap (which we have also LOVED, by the way) and wanted to start facing forward. Carter had gotten an awesome baby carrier at his “dad shower”, but it didn’t seem to fit my body and shoulders as well and I felt it was still a bit big for Peter. That’s when Boppy reached out about sampling their ComfyFit Carrier! I couldn’t have been more thrilled and I have been so impressed!

Here are some things I love…

The fabric. The ComfyFit Carrier’s fit was inspired by that of yoga pants… perfect for an aspiring yogi like myself! The fabric is stretchy, soft, and so comfortable! The stretchy feel allows it to fit the shape of you and your baby.

It’s so easy to use. This carrier feels and looks really similar to a wrap, but is much easier with a lot less fabric to tie. The main piece buckles around your waist, baby is placed in the carrier, and the remaining wrap is tied similar to a wrap… so you get the ease of a simpler carrier, yet the adjustable fit of a wrap. You can easily tie the final tie as tightly as you’d like for a snug fit around you and baby.

It has a pocket! I have wished so many times that my wrap had a pocket in it. The ComfyFit has a long pocket stretching across your front waist. It is big enough to fit my phone, keys, and other items I need while on the go. It’s perfect while I’m wearing baby and my yoga pants since those don’t have pockets!

Seriously I love this carrier. Since receiving it I have almost exclusively used this one. My shoulders don’t kill after vacuuming while baby-wearing or while going up to campus. My body is so happy with this carrier!

Some other things to consider…

I have heard some comments that the ComfyFit can dig into your shoulders or that the shoulder straps are not big enough for some people. If you have broad shoulders this may be an issue… I still need to have my husband try it and give his own review.

I also found that the carrier was a bit uncomfortable the first time I used it, but later realized that adjusting the buckle more comfortably above my hips and tying it a bit tighter solved all of these problems for me. So if you have a problem, I would recommend playing around with the adjustments. You may just need to adjust the buckles and ties to get it to rest in the right place for you. Seriously though, I would HANDS DOWN recommend this carrier! I love it and my back and shoulders are ETERNALLY GRATEFUL for it, for sure!

When fell fast asleep after an exciting day at class 😉
